Crazy or What?...

Am I the only one who thinks this is insanely ridiculous? You can find unlocked gates to electrical panels and open doors on the panels all over the place. Every time Seth and I walk by this panel, we just shake our heads and ponder. Even crazier is how people use it as a storage unit as well. We have found ladders, paint supplies, pesticide, and craziest of all...a surfboard. Mental note to self: keep baby away from panels. I repeat: keep baby away from panel!
