I have to flash back to my Dallas visit to talk about Pho. Anyone who has watched Anthony Bourdain knows that man loves his Pho. Of course, since I'm an avid watcher, I had to get me a bowl at some point in my life. Such was my luck, Seth knew of a hole in the wall restaurant in
Dallas, and he decided to take Taelyn and me there for lunch.

Um...can I say yum, yum too many times! Wow! Holy cow, Batman! So basic, but soooo good. Don't let the simplicity of the ingredients fool you into thinking its just a bowl of noodles. Its packed with flavor...beef broth, noodles, sliced beef, basil, cilantro, and bean sprouts. I put some Sriracha sauce in mine which is guaranteed to clean out anyones's nasal issues. I also got an order of egg rolls because who doesn't like egg rolls? Shouldn't have bothered. I couldn't even finish my "small" bowl of noodles and took them home for Seth to eat later. Pho has definitely made it to the "must eat when I go home" menu.
Apparently, babies are a hit in Asian restaurants. All the waiters and bus boys kept coming over to talk to the baby. The cook even came out to talk to her. They said having a baby in a restaurant is a sign of good luck and a happy baby is even better. Luckily, Taelyn had just woken up from a nap so she was Suzy Sunshine!
You were to take your Mom and Dad to this place but did not!!! Where is it as we go to Dallas on a regular basis?
