- My name is Kristen Schnelle and this is the story of my family. After meeting the love of my life, Seth, we decided that we wanted to create our own American dream. So, I said goodbye to my job, house, worldly possessions, family, and friends, and we moved to Panama . After having our baby girl, Taelyn, we decided to move on to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and see what the Quintana Roo had to offer. It seems every day is an adventure and completely out of my comfort zone, but that's ok because we're doing it our way together.

I think this one was over in Mamita's Beach in Playa. You went there but only at a restaurant. I don't think you actually hung out at the beach.
